I agree with this! Life always seems of having a way with ruining goals and plans. I love that you don't let that happen. You adjust and re-plan. Nice work! I'm sorry to read about your father, but its nice to see that you're spending time with him, even when that hurts you. Rock on, Erin!

Spend the weekend with family and celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. Today I slept, ate well, went for a walk outside, and am cleaning house now. I will be back in the gym tomorrow. Eight days left of the challenge as of tomorrow! That is exciting! ~Erin

March 24 2014 (Mon.)
THE "AFTER SHOT" BIKINI ARRIVED TODAY!! It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I however, am a bit puffy from allergy medicines and mother nature who is trying to intervene. I think after an herbal tea that is a natural diuretic I will be okay. I had a great workout this evening and ate well all day, so I should be okay by the time I need the picture.
It is back down in the 40's here, so I need some warm weather to look forward to.
Cardio - biked 10 miles, burned 400 calories
Weights
Pull-up 90 x 10, 90 x 10, 108 x 10
Pull-down 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 90 x 5
Seated Row 20 x 10, 30 x 12, 40 x 12
Chin-up 108 x 10
Rev Fly 10 x 10, 20 x 10, 30 x 10
Face-Pull 30 x 10 = 3 sets
Shoulder Press 15 x 10 = 2 sets
Meal 1 - cottage & strawberries (4 oz.)
Meal 2 - Strawberry Spinach Salad = 2 cups
Meal 3 - 1 Cup fresh strawberries in milk
Meal 4 - Protein shake & rice cake"Every moment of one's existence, one is growing into more, or retreating into less." ~Norman Mailer

Mother nature keeps teasing us, last weekend was in the 50s, tonight we are getting snow, and then going to 60 by friday. This is the craziest winter I seen!!!!!
Green tea is a great diuretic as well. Can't wait to see your rocking that suit, you have earned it. Great job Erin!!!!
