    Totally different categories..

Creatine is dirt cheap you can get about a year supply of creatine mono for $20.
Casein isn't needed just grab a regular whey or blend.

Depends. Can you get enough protein through food? If so then no real need for any protein powder. As said though creatine mono is dirt cheap so you can probably do both if you shop correctly

I knew they were used for different times and they are in different categories which is fine. Just seeing if they are worth it!

Well then you really don't need protein powder then. Guess you answered your own question. As far as creatine being popular I'm not sure what you're talking about. It's one of the few supps that the majority of people do take and agree works

I always enjoy a nice casein fluff before bed with Dymatize or ON to help get my protein in ( I don't eat a lot of meat)

Between the 2, I'd choose creatine..not that huge on casein...can substitute cottage cheese or milk and be just fine
