    I think it's true as ****, layne Norton agrees with it. However I feel if you do iifym there's a high likelihood that you will eat food that doesn't fit your macros, like eating too many carbs and not realizing it.

    Iifym”if it fits your macros” is just as dumb or probably even dumber then if I came up with a theory iifym”if it fits your milligrams” meaning I give you a mg per mg total for a androgen, progesterone, and dht drugs. So I give u a grand total per category and as long as the drug fits the milligrams per category your successfully using “if it fits your milligrams”. This theory would work OK in offseason but would work like sh!t during pre contest. Just like “if it fits your macros”. Your always going to have genetic freaks that’s look great doing anything. Hence y blacks eat fried chicken and kool aid pre bed and look like freaks. So any program you follow there are going to be exceptions but its not abt that rare 1 percent. It’s abt what works optimally for everyone. So if u wanna go ahead and follow if it fits your macros go for it. You’ll just never see what your true potential In the sport is because of pure laziness.

    Being srs or nah? i eat have very strict diet, did the same diet aa few years ago and lost 55lbs in 5 or so months. But again it was only eating 'clean foods'.

    personally I feel that there are a lot of micro nutrients, enzymes and amino acids that your body requires and can only get from fresh fruits and veggies.

    As long as you eat those and have plenty of water you can fill in the blanks following iifym and be fine. I don't think anyone can truly thrive long term from eating only processed foods and all of that junk.

    This is just my personal bro science but I really think you'll get cancer or have other complications later in life if you live life eating zero fruits and veggies and slamming diet sodas.

    The science speaks for itself in terms of body composition, yeah it works. Whether eating clean will make you feel better and perform better in the gym is another matter though. Moderation is the key word I think...
