Milkshake bannana cream...

This tasted like something you'd have during a cheat meal.. It's honestly exactly what you'd think of when you think of a banana milkshake. The rest of this log i will have this milkshake every single day. 12 oz of milk and 2 scoops. This is definitely the best tasting protein with milk i've ever had. 10/10

I rate it with water probably during the end of the log.

Blast: Today i took it with a scoop again and love taking it. love the orange flavor. I really liked the focused feeling i get, i didn't really feel the endurance today with the creatine but i can't say that's because of blast yet. I got threw the workout with a lot of energy and no crash.

So far so good with blast.

Dont worry man. Im sure the SES folks are appreciating the amount of effort you are putting into your log. You will have another chance at banana prime when we have more promos. Or we can just send you some sometime .


voyce- You keep taking 2 scoops a day and you are gonna be done in two weeks lol. Glad you are enjoying the stack so far though

Moving back into my dorm today.

Sorry swuu but it tastes too good to only have one scoop a day

Prime: 12 oz milk + 2 scoops and it tastes like an absoulutely amazing creamy milk shake. love it, i can drink it whenever honestly there's nothing more to say.

Blast: I had a decent day today? it wasn't that great, the intensity was not there. This might be because it was a hectic day and all but i'm not sure. I'll update again on tomorrows workout to see if the intensity is back.

The intensity was deff here today. Although my schedule is messed up the intensity was awesome. Biceps and Back was great. my new schedule is really hectic but as always i find time to lift. I don't know if i added too much milk or what but it was too thick today. It's not prime's fault obviously, i just made it kind of weird. I can't tell you how much i enjoyed blast today though. looking forward to tomorrow's lift.

I meant i used less milk, i think less than 10 not sure. I'll be more precise next time.

As for the hand, it's just a little skin that's missing so it'll heal. I'll keep it bandaged for a while.

I've still been taking prime almost everyday and it's almost gone but i'm not worried because i'm sure i'll be getting more.
