    How much should a 17 year old weigh?

    Im just under 6 ft, like 5'11.5 and i weigh roughly 168-170 on any given day. I lift 4 days on 1 day off. I know the whole calories thing where you eat more to bulk and less to cut. My question is basically how much would a fairly cut guy my age and height weigh? Im not looking to be super big just look good. At my weight right now im pretty much just smooth. Not chubby, not cut..just kinda in between

    About 190 would be good with lower body fat at your height. Wouldn't look too big but good.
