Thumbs up 20 Rep squat Question???

Hey guys, i have a question about the 20 rep squat. not specifically the program but just 20 rep squat period.
my question is could i do some Rdls or sldl and Jumping lunges after the set of 20 rep squats. or would that be too much stress?
everyone says if you do 20 rep squats (10 rep max plus breathing squats) right that you shouldnt have to do anything else after..

Im not really a volume guy but i have been playing hockey for 15 years and have squatted for about 3 years heavy and my legs have stalled.

    Thanks

    I'll just leave this here.

    Squats @1:10

While your 20-rep Squat set might not call for 405, the end result (if you actually use your 10-rep max weight) will be the same. Keep a trash can handy.

If you think you still need more work, go for it.

give it a try for a few weeks, only with your 20 rep squat. if, after a few weeks, you feel like adding more...by all means do it. I have a suspicion you won't.
