yeah i couldnt open up your thread for some reason but
if you are skinny fat (which is what i suspect) i think the general consensus is that you should "suck it up" and bulk first so that when u finally do cut you have some decent muscle mass to reveal
you could also spend this time progressively increasing your calories so that when it is time to cut, you can diet on like 2400 instead of 1600

yeah dat was i was doing at first.. going for a lean bulk but then i decided to make a thread on here and everyone said cut so i'm not rly sure anymore lol
been getting alot of mixed answers
and yeah i'm a skinny fat
