I am in week 10 now and not doing the mock meet thing. Instead I am doing the heavy wave for each lift again (the one for week 7-9). This will let me get some heavier lifts close to max in this week so I can adjust my numbers next week when I start up Kingpin again at week 1. Did Heavy DL on Tuesday, Heavy Bench yesterday, and Heavy squat tomorrow.

Nice. My squat grip has been nagging my right bicep, trying to work through. Going to try wraps on for the first time to see what I can hit.
I may end up doing something similar to that, like a circa max peaking phase. That's the only thing that seems like it's missing from the Cube Kingpin is the ramp up. Might do 90% doubles for 3-4 sets followed by a ~4 day rest prior to testing.

How so? it's probably the best option for beginners learning form. There are variations. I hardly ever see anybody recommending or performing 1rm every week. Especially not for multiple movements.
In other news- put 20g of fiber in my protein shake on accident. gonna get muddy.I can do amazing things for your body composition. PM for more info.
