If so I prefer pork jowl minced and grass fed/finished beef strip steak I like to grind my own just cube that **** up and drop it into a food processor pulse few times

I also like to include Roquefort in mine

Can still serve it with couple strips of wild boar bacon of course..

miring review. I feel bad for not being able to do one, but this definitely goes on the list of recommendations when people are looking for a glamorous creatine product.

As TP would expect, it's definitely 10/10 and smells great.

5/3/1 is phenomenal, but the deloading can be slightly excessive imo. The progression set up is done well though, and I've made a ton of progress on it.

Switching to the cube method is nice since you can use a couple variables of the same motion so you can focus more on weaknesses rather than the lift itself.

Conjugation works wonders for people who have their form down (specifically talking PL here), but to those learning it can be a little rough especially if you're looking for new 1RM's with technical issues. There are still ways to work in moderate weight movements to the conjugation, but pushing for a max every week leaves you pretty burnt out.

Nothing is gonna happen if you don't push yourself everytime you go even with the "perfect" routine

I do PPL 6 days a week go heavy first 3 days high rep last 3. 4 excerises n 4 sets each muscle except leg day it jumps to 5

Why not do a 5x5 full body workout instead? PPL is fine, but I found it a little floaty unless you lock in exercises beforehand.

Cube method seems to be pretty good after 1 week down, took out the shoulder accessory and added a shoulder day itself. The way the lifts are they certainly a little different than most people lift so I think it is set up for pretty good progress

I get my shoulder work in on the Day 4 / Optional BB day. Start off with OHPs and usually add a fly movement.

Hitting the shoulder workout this morning, will probably use push press as main lift and move to seated db press. My gym has all the old school hammer strength, they got a killer free motion seated plate loaded shoulder press I'll probably throw in as well.
