Try being on my end bro! Can't wait til I get to enjoy them!

Took Tuesday off as I felt like shyte after spending all day working out in 20 degree weather (I know, nothing like what my northern friends are dealing with). Ended up sleeping for a couple hours and getting all rested up. Back at it this afternoon with Bi's and Tri's and I will make up back on Saturday! Post my workout tonight!

    Talking Day 6!

    Thoughts of the Day:

Yes, I missed yesterday but was feeling good today and had an awesome session devoted to bi's and tri's. I always hate missing a gym day, but I do know that I have to react when my body says take a break. When I was on 5/3/1, there was always a deload week that allowed for a good amount of recuperation and thus led to bigger gains when I hit the heavy weights again! I intend to go back to that program very soon! I felt that it worked very well if you have never tried it!

    Food Motivation:

Here's something I intend to add from time to time as I am back full swing into my clean eating. I have sworn off soda and beer for the next 12 weeks and I am putting together the healthiest meals I can create! Here is the first of many pictures!

    Breakfast Burritos!

    Training:

Whole wheat tortillas, red/green peppers, onion, shredded cheese, egg whites, turkey sausage and salsa (after prepared).

    Barbell Curls
    45x20
    65x16
    85x12
    105x7

    Tricep Pushdown - V-bar Attachment
    30x20
    50x20
    65x15
    80x12
    95x8

    21's
    45
    45
    65
    65

    Tricep Pushdowns - Rope Attachment
    25x20
    35x15
    50x10
    60x6
    65x4

    Single Arm Overhead Cable Curls
    15x10
    20x10
    25x10
    30x7

    Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
    50x15
    70x12
    90x8
    100x7

    Concentration Curls
    30x10
    30x10
    40x8
    40x7

    Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns
    50x15
    55x12
    60x10
    65x10

    Chin-ups
    BWx10
    BWx10
    BWx10

Arms felt pumped today! My focus and energy in the gym were through the roof. Was approached by a fellow worker as to a good non stim supplement to use and ofcourse I recommended OPUS. Not having my skin crawl and having the pump throughout, was and is still completely awesome! Tomorrow will be shoulders and I am gonna blast them. Shoulders are the hardest part to work for me as I have degenerated shoulder joints and I work them as hard as I can to keep them tight and SWOLE!

    Thoughts of the Day:

Ok, this workout was from Thursday and unfortunately for me, I had to work Friday, Saturday AND Sunday and didn't get to workout since! Finally at home and getting some time to spend logging my workout! Thursday was Shoulders and was VERY close to another PR!

    Supplements Taken:

3 Caps Rocket Science - 30 minutes before workout
2 Scoops OPUS - 10 minutes before workout

    Training:

    Military Press
    65x15
    95x12
    115x8
    135x6
    155x4
    185x2

    Front Dumbbell Raise
    15x15
    20x12
    25x10
    35x6

    Dumbbell Press
    40x12
    60x8
    70x7
    80x4

    Seated Bent-over Delt Raise
    20x15
    30x10
    40x6
    50x4

    Upright Barbell Rows
    70x12
    90x10
    110x6
    130x4

Shoulders workout was short as I lacked a lot of time but the work that was done was effective and lasting. Still haven't found any negative comments to post on OPUS or Rocket Science! My energy and endurance have been on point with no adverse effects! I am still debating using the OPUS during my workout as Lola has stated! May give it a try this upcoming week just to see if there is a noticeable difference in its effectiveness! Tomorrow starts chest day again and I'm looking for some big numbers! Tomorrow I start an additional log as I have decided to enter the bb.com Dymatize 2014 Transformation competition! 2014 will be a great year! Hang on for the ride!

    Talking Day 8!

    Thoughts of the Day:

Back at it today after a long weekend of work and NO TRAINING! Lots of work this weekend with little time for myself and the gym! Dominated through another chest workout and miraculously, the resolutioners must have found some place else to go! It was a win-win today!

    Supplements Taken:

3 Caps Rocket Science - 30 minutes before workout
2 Scoops OPUS - during workout

    Food Motivation:

Now, for your enjoyment, more food porn!

    Pizza!

All three used Boboli Whole Wheat crust, the first has fresh chicken breast cooked in buffalo sauce with buffalo sauce and fat free ranch for the pizza sauce, the second has turkey crumbles with low sugar pizza sauce and sautéed peppers and onions and the last one has turkey pepperoni and sautéed peppers and onions. 150 cal a slice, 9g of fat, 12g of carbs, and 13g of protein. (That is the average for all three)

    Training:

    Incline Bench
    135x10
    185x8
    225x6
    245x4
    275x1

    Decline Bench
    135x10
    185x8
    225x6
    275x2

    Bench Press
    135x10
    185x6
    225x4
    245x2
    275x1

    Decline Dumbbell Press
    50x10
    75x8
    85x4

    Decline Dumbbell Flyes
    30x12
    40x12
    50x10
    60x5

    Cable Iron Cross
    (Drop sets)
    30/25/20x10/10/10
    30/25/20x10/10/10

    HS Incline Press
    (single arm)
    45x10
    45x10

So sleep was shyte last night! Woke up at 12:45 am and took a while to get back to sleep. Felt tired at work ALL day and then I took my RS 30 minutes prior to my workout and I was revived! Changed up and sipped my OPUS throughout the workout and stayed energized throughout the workout! I didn't try for any new PR's today as we added decline bench to the chest workout and I will say I mark it down as a win as I still pushed 275x1 for the bench press and that was the 3rd exercise! Big numbers today!

    Angry

Took today off as I had a stomach bug and spent too much time in the restroom. One if my biggest pet peeves is a person who goes to the gym sick and wiping snot or coughing all over the equipment and spreading germs! Didn't want to be worse off so I decided to rest up and get back at it tomorrow!

Gotta admit, I am a creature of habit, I find something I like and stick with it. A friend told me about Magnum and this trial we are doing and I said, what can it hurt and submitted my info in hopes to get selected! I really love this stuff. I was tired as heck yesterday and after I took my RS, I felt brand new! I put this up in my top 3 for favorite supplements! Glad I got in on this! My strength is BOOMING!

10 days or 2 weeks on Magnum and I feel the pump, focus and energy as if it were day 1! Some supps tend to lose effectiveness over time and I haven't noticed it with Magnum. Still a couple more weeks before I am out of my supply, but I can say this, this is an awesome stack for when you want to cycle of stims! Back day tomorrow and already feel motivated!
