White vinegar to be exact. I consume around 2-6 tablespoons on the days I eat salad. ((Been using more vinegar opposed to olive oil.)) I've read that a moderate size of vinegar can be healthy, just had trouble finding exactly how much. Thanks!

Too much vinegar can damage your teeth and change the pH of your stomach acid. But otherwise, it's only good in generally small amounts. Enough for a single meal is enough for the day. So generally, about 2-3 ounces. But there is no such thing as a set amount that is beneficial (more than zero) and an amount that is hazardous (less than too much).
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)
