These two women (Karena & Katrina) have a lot of success via the interent. I came across them on Pinterest and they have a huge following. Even though this is a bodybuilding website, they do not target bodybuilers or aspiring bodybuilders, even though I may not agree with all of their methods, I say cut them slack.
