DanG's Newest and Bestest and Funnest Training Log

Hi. Im back from the dead and I started lifting again. I don't have a routine and I don't care. I will be lifting 2x/week right now. A bench day and a deadlift day. Ive given up on the idea of being the best powerlifter in the history of the universe due to my inability to squat because of my herniated disc, so Im just going to base my training around push/pull and In going to go with that. Please join me, would ya?

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

GHRs drive my deadlift. Its definitely the most important movement for me. HOWEVER, after adding in leg extensions, both me AND my training partner noticed gainz, especially with initial speed off the floor.

Leg extensions helped? I would have never thought that. I will probably add in GHRs when I start adding accessory work to Starting Strength that I'm running. Nice bench work too, btw. 315 ain't nothing to sneeze at.

They helped both me and my training partner. He credits them almost completely for getting him 635 to 700. He was stuck at 635 for like 2 years, then after he laughed at me for doing leg extensions for a few weeks, he decided to throw them in as well and they helped almost immediately. Will doing only leg extensions carry your deadlift? No. But they cant hurt, either.

    Hey man
Sucks to hear about the herniated disc. Will you be unable to squat permanently or is it more of a temporary thing?
Either way, good luck with the push/pull work. I'm in!
