LOL, you aren't supposed count the total plates on the bar. It is the total on each side of the bar, hopefully you were trolling. To answer OP, in a commercial gym that is very impressive and rare to see. In niche gym(geared BBers, powerliftering, cross fit(just kidding)) it is not very impressive.
