Right now, 115. It's progressing, but at the moment, that's where I am.
I have bad shoulders though. I've dislocated one a few times, and my other one feels like it wants to dislocate soon too. Because of the dislocations, my shoulders are poorly developed.
Oh well, gotta work around that and improve.

the last time i maxed i got 165. my OHP sucks. can bench 3 plates for reps and pause 330....cant OHP worth a dayum.
i am curious to see what i could get now. maybe 175-180ish.529/380/650 (1560@293 raw)

My shoulder routine this morning:
Dumbbell Laterals
Dumbbell Rear Raises
Cable Face Pulls
Standing Overhead Barbell Presses
Cable Upright Rows
So as you can see, I did OHP 4th in my workout (I always do them 3rd or 4th). Therefore, I stuck with 155 for 3 sets of 10 and focused on really feeling every rep, using good form, etc.
