    Standing Press alternative

So I'm dealing with an issue here. I train in my garage with some basic equipment.
The problem is that the ceiling is too low for me to stand up and perform a standing press and lock it out properly.
So what's the best alternative here? Except from getting a new garage.
I'm running Madcow 5x5 by the way.

    Any input is appreciated, thanks.

Get some cheap squat stands and press outside. If a persian army attacks you with a force of 10k archers you can press in the shade.

Adding to/changing InspecktaDeck's idea, just clean the weight into place and press outside

Another idea is Klokov presses, the shortened ROM might clear the ceiling. No clue what running them long-term is gonna do for ya though

    Or just do seated press

Edit: Savickas presses is another idea, if you have a rack

Seated presses as mentioned above. One thing I do in my basement is to load the bar with smaller plates. Say 25s at the biggest.

If you don't do strongman I don't see how doing seated shoulder press affect your progress negatively. Well it's a cool lift but if you don't have room we can't make your ceiling taller from the internet

I have the same issue. Bradford Presses are awesome. So are seated pin (concentric only) presses.

I know it's a somewhat different lift, but I've seen a lot of people recommend incline press instead of OHP. Seated seems like the simplest solution though.
