What you guys think? Bulk up to 200 or cut down?

If you're going to keep bulking, do it for more than a simple extra 5 lbs. 5 lbs won't make much difference. IMO if you're going to bulk, bulk up to 220-230 lbs. If not, just cut until you have visible abs and then clean bulk again.

IMO I think you should just keep bulking. If you can't stand the ammount of fat you have right now, then cut to whatever weight puts you at 10-12% bf (visible abs) and then resume clean bulking. Clean eating with macro tracking is IIFYM. If you mean eating "crap" food, I'd probably go against it, at least when dietting. It's not very filling and more often than not, it has ****ty macro breakdown.

Yeah, I think Im going to bulk until around the start of February. And then lean down to 10% bf and pretty much take whatever clean foods im eating then and just up the macros to clean bulk. And I just figured my macros if I were to cut right now would be 2400 Cal/ 218 Carb/ 224 Protein/ and 68 Fat. AS opposed to what i have been doing on my bulk 3200 Cal/ 440 Carb/ 107 Fat/ And 160 Protein. Not quite sure if those seem right or ?
