lol. I don't know what kind of standards you have Skyaura but a 4 mile run in less than 30 minuted and a 2 mile swim in less than 75 minutes is honestly very unimpressive. That's is a 7:30 pace on the run and a 37:30 pace on the swim which are both very easy paces to sustain. My 60 year old dad puts up better numbers in both these events haha.

LMAO. I had forgotten about this thread.
The only thing it lacks is Castro's nut-hugging bro to bolt back in here and defend castro some more.No brain, no gain.

WOW. Way to bring up a dead thread. Yep, easy to say that over the internet. I'm quite sure that your Old Man and you could get through Seal training. Those are the minimal standards by the way. They do the run on the beach in boots and the swim is in the bay. Nice first post. I guess you can run the 40 in 4.3, bench 600lbs, squat 800 lbs, run a marathon in 2hrs 5 minutes, and scale Everest. I smell a Troll.

Ironwill,
See post 10. READ IT carefully, because you have a reading comprehension problem. I said Castro is an ass. I defended his accomplishment in becoming a Seal. I also pointed out, that fitness is measured in different ways. You seem to think it relates only to bulging muscles.
As far as the "nut hugging" I thought that was your area of interest since you seem to show an interest in guys posting pictures of themselves and their development....and by golly provide a journal so Ironwill can read about those accomplishments. But, READ it carefully. Maybe even twice, so you can understand what was posted.
