No kidding! I had my fill that's for sure! When I first started the early morning workouts, it took some time getting used to it. Now it's just routine. And my schedule is pretty hectic, so if I want to achieve my goals, I need to get up at that time in order to fit in all of my training...so that is what motivates me to get out of bed instead of hitting snooze!

Day 4
Absolutely loving my new training plan! Today was fasted morning cardio...and this may sound strange, but I actually have more energy when I am on my regular routine and getting up at 4pm and doing cardio at 5am! While I was on vacation and getting up later, I had no energy! And after work tonight it was back to the gym for legs!

Day 5
Office Selfie! Happy Feel Good Friday!!! Cold and snowy outside, started my day with a.m. cardio, now at the office having Meal #1...Infinite Labs Whey Protein Shake with 1 TBSP peanut butter...mmm...It's a non lifting day so after work will go back to the gym for cardio session #2...I will either do 45 minutes steady state on machines (splitting it up between 2 different pieces of equipment) or a tabata circuit...stay tuned...

Day 6
My training split with this new plan is different from any plan I have done before. I have always followed a plan that has a specific body part/parts scheduled for a specific day each week. With this new plan, it's a rotation, so it's not always the same each week, and I will get to work each part more frequently, but still with sufficient rest. I am really looking forward to seeing the results of training like this! Today my rotation started over again, so I worked back and bi's, which I worked last Monday.
I have one cheat meal a week...a sensible starter and a dessert. I had a nice juicy steak for my dinner (grow muscles grow!!!) and my dessert may not sound too exciting to most...but it's something that I love...some chocolate rice cakes with blueberry preserves!

Day 10 - Week 2
Today was a day off from lifting...so that means 2 cardio sessions! Early morning cardio was 30 minutes on the elliptical and tonight was a tabata circuit with a light barbell. Kind of fighting off something...not sure exactly what, some kind of a cold maybe...feeling tired but still able to get in good training and cardio this week. I can always count on my Juggernaut HP and my Infinite Force for energy!!!

Day 12 - Week 2
Today is Day 12 of my 12 week Lean and Build plan...did not post yesterday...have been fighting off some sort of cold/sinus/allergy thing since Monday. I was still able to get all of my workouts in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...then yesterday I started feeling worse, I was not even able to do my morning cardio...and for those who know me, I have to be REALLY sick to not do my morning cardio! That is the best way to start my day, not to mention that I have some goals I am after! But whatever this is was starting to kick my butt. I went to work, and ended up going home just a bit early. I rested and then did my back workout. I have to be honest, it was tough, I definitely was not 100% and barely made it through it. This morning whatever it is I have been fighting completely kicked my butt and I was down for the count! I stayed home from work and have slept all day. The good thing is I still have an appetite, and I woke up every few hours and ate my meals. I am actually starting to feel a bit better this evening and have been up for a couple of hours, and have not had to fall back into my bed yet!
I could not figure out how I could have possibly gotten sick...I eat healthy, drink my water, take my vitamins, exercise, I'm always washing my hands...But, this does happen to me once or twice a year, and it seems to be when I am not getting the proper rest...Yep, these past two weeks I have been guilty of not enough rest! And my boyfriend very nicely reminded me that I am not invincible...and sometimes this just happens
Hoping I feel better tomorrow and will get to the gym for my shoulder workout.

Hi Michelle,
Thank you so much! I appreciate the feedback. And yes, I am feeling better today, thank you. Looking forward to getting to the gym later for shoulders, and getting caught up on everybody's logs! I have really enjoyed following all of you and have been out of it for two days, can't wait to get caught up on how you are all doing!
When I use Final Cutz I take 2 capsules before training, and I take 2 capsules at some other point in the day. I find that taking it twice a day really works well for me. Since I lift at at night, I take capsules after my morning fasted cardio, with Meal #1. A lot of people like to take before their morning cardio, I tried that and prefer not to, so it's really what works for you. And then I take 2 before I lift in the evening. I do not have any trouble sleeping at nights, so again, taking this in the evening works for me. Try it out and see what you think. My boyfriend jsut started taking it and he really likes it. I am not using it right now, but closer to show time I will incorporate it in.
Let me know how it goes!
All the best,
Marylyn

Hello Champ! I'm stopping by, admiring as usual! Lol! I read about your new rotation plan. I love doing it like that. I do it that way because of my weak bodyparts. I'll get to hit them twice on certain weeks. The plan I'm on now originally was the same bodypart on the same day but I changed that. I just feel more comfortable doing it rotation style! Have a great weekend, my friend!
It's on you! Always has been!

Hey, Marylyn!
Thanks for getting back to me so fast! I'm definitely going to incorporate this supplement based on your recommendations and based on the fact that you look AMAZING! Your feedback and advice is greatly appreciated it! I'll keep you posted on my results!
BTW, I know what you mean about getting around to check everyone's log...between family obligations, full-time job, training weights, cardio, updating your newsfeed, and supporting your fellow juggernauts in their journey, time flys! LOL My friends asked me to hang out after work last night, and I'm like "No Way" I have to get home, update the threads, and get to bed so I can train tomorrow! Maybe in 12 weeks....Hahaha!
Great talking to you!
Best Wishes,

Hey Xman! Thank you so much for stopping by! I can't believe after all these years this is the first time I have done a rotation like this...of course, I have Built & Iron Sisters to thank...they are the ones who did my training plan! Tomorrow is the end of two weeks, and I have already increased weight on almost everything! I'm totally loving it! Thanks, you too my friend!
