OP I've been in the Nofap thread since before 2013, and we have a grand total of 3-5 people who have gone all year, out of hundreds. The people who have made it over 200 days are pretty much those exact same people.

This thread is destined to die. Hardly anyone can quit fapping for an entire year, even if they say they want to. They simply can't fight their urges that long, and unless you've at least done triple figures already I don't see how you can either.

I tried it man..I had energy but chit went down after 10 days..I was cranky as fck and then became so sad that I would cry at most stupid things...emotionally it was challenging...my mom said wut wrong..I said nothing mom and then I decided it's fcked up and I told myself "das it mane" and next thing you know I fapped a bucket full of sperm...I felt relaxed and proud

I've gone way longer than your '10 days' and have felt the great affects of not doing it. I was happier, less anxious and surprisingly more funny than I already was without trying. Noticed a lot more looks from the females as well. Had a much calmer demeanor and was much more content even if I wasn't doing anything in particular.

You aren't really in a position to knock no fap because you only made it 10 days.
