Guy on the left is Kent Bierly, well know natural bodybuilder and the guy on the right is Marc Lobliner who is a known juicer. Kent claims himself natural and has been lifting for years. Do you believe he looks natural? Be honest. He looks even better than Lobliner who is a dedicated lifter and who has had help.

    Point is, people lie.
LOL at McDonalad's sponsoring a BB comp and Lobliner's arms......wtf! His bro split doesn't seem to work for his bis and tris.

The only cheat meal I had was after my first show when I won my pro card, we had steak and shake but I didnt go crazy. Other than that one meal, no, zero cheat meals and macros hit everyday.
That sounds very dedicated man. Do you clean bulk or dirty bulk and what are your bulking marcos compared to your cutting?

    How big are those guns?

Thanks brah, I was dieting most of the time on 50/300/260. The lowest on fats I got was for two weeks at 40g a day, and the lowest on carbs was 250 for about 11 days. It was a long diet so I didn't have to get too terribly low.

And he has those b b c genetics.

Yea man, I got super fat, 38 over last offseason. This time I think I can make similar gainz and stay a lot leaner 20-25 over. I dont see a point in losing all ab definition. Past a certain point you are just adding fat to feel bigger. I feel normal hormone wise and can kill the gym with good recovery when I am around 20 over. A lot of people are different though and will argue I am still too fat, or that I am not fat enough. This is just what I have found to work best for me personally.

    im sad now
Am i the only one who gets stronger at around 10% bf? I did some research as to maybe why and fat acts as an organ and actually PRODUCES estrogen in men. Its seems that 10% is my sweet spot, strength goes insane, PRs every workout. anyone else have similar experiences ever? really curious tthanks
