Need to know the guys stats to judge natty or ot really. Vascularity and hardness is genetic, some people are very vascular. If the guys like 5'10 170, then he definitly could be natural, just very lean with vascular genetics and a small frame.

Thanks man! I hit 208 or so last offseason, super fat. This time I wanna stay 20-25 over which is low to mid 190s. I hit a low of 172 last prep. I started bodybuilding in 2011 but have been lifting my whole life. Yea man, got lucky and turned pro this

Are you super strict with your dieting and macros or do you cheat often? Do you have a prep coach or do it all yourself. That's some sick conditioning.

Now I am in the offseason so I am way more chill with macros. I worked with Berto and 3dmj last prep, which officially started January 1st. I competed in June and July (28 weeks of prep total) and I hit my macros everyday. The only cheat meal I had was after my first show when I won my pro card, we had steak and shake but I didnt go crazy. Other than that one meal, no, zero cheat meals and macros hit everyday.
