Actually I'm not in bulk mode and I had those pancakes while on my super cut diet but it's knowing how to manipulate your
diet and those pancakes were my meal after my post workout shake which is the perfect time to take in a good dose of
HEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES which is how I prepare everything. If you look at all my protein recipes you never see white flour
or added sugar except what you get from the fruits that I might use or if I use chocolate which I ONLY use 60% to 100% dark
cacao. Healthy quality eating and hard work in the gym is how I live a Superhuman Lifestyle.

Vanilla Blueberry Chia Seed Proats
This was and idea that I got from another forum member who does great reviews Nyrn who did this combo of ingredients
in his Labrada van protein review but he cooked his oats in his recipe I left the oats raw which is how I like my proats and
this was a definite must make again in the future.

Ronnie Coleman Pro-Antium Chocolate and Vanilla are two flavors that make incredibly delicious protein frosting
for any cakes and muffins and I think it's the cookie pieces that make the frosting so rich with flavor that when
people taste some of the things I make using this protein as frosting can't believe that I didn't add any other
sweetener to it except what is already in the protein powder.

This is an inside look of what these muffins had going on inside and the recipe to make them.
Ingredients
1- 1 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand) oat flour or ground oats will work
2- 2 70cc scoops of RC Pro-Antium Double Chocolate Cookie Protein
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 tbs of 100% dark cacao powder
5-3 heaping tbs of PB2 Chocolate flavor (regular flavor will also do)
6- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
7 - tbs of vanilla liquid extract
8- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
9- 4 oz of unsweetened almond milk
10- 3 egg whites
11- 48 white chips (I used Ghirardelli brand) Place 4 chips into each muffin as you spoon the batter into the muffin pan.
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and blend thoroughly, then spoon into a muffin pan and add the white chips
into each of the muffins. Place pan into a preheated 325 degree oven for about 15- 20 min until the testing toothpick
comes out almost completely dry. Let the muffins cool and then place into the fridge for a few hours or over night
then you can frost them and garnish with peanuts and a white chip on each muffin.
Frosting- take 1 70cc scoop of the RC Pro-Antium and put into a bowl and add a few drops of water and stir briskly
until you reach a thick spreadable consistency and then you spread a little on each muffin, garnish and ENJOY.!!!

This is the recipe to make these Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Protein Balls and if you haven't tried Labrada Lean Body
Peanut Protein yet I highly recommend it and if you like to cook and bake I think it's better than PB2 and has a much
stronger flavor peanuts.
Ingredients
1- 1 70cc scoop of RC Pro-Antium Chocolate Protein
2- 1- 47cc scoop of Labrada Lean Pro Peanut Protein
3- 2 tbs of coconut flour
4- 2 tbs of shredded unsweetened coconut
5- about 3-4 oz of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk will work also
6- 1 tbs of coco powder
7- 20 PB chips
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the milk slowly and keep stirring until you get a paste but add milk
as you go along when needed so the amount of milk will vary. Once you have the paste you can cover
and place the bowl in the fridge for an hr so it can firm up and then take a bit of the paste and roll them
into balls and place into a freezer safe container and put into the freezer for about 2 hrs so that they
really firm up. Once they firm up then just store them in the fridge if they last that long cause they are
addicting and you'll want to eat them all.
