This is the recipe for these delicious stuffed pancakes and I will give both the pancakes and the stuffing ingredients.
Pancake ingredients- 1- 3/4 of a 70cc scoop of Oat Powder (Muscle Feast Brand) or you can use oat flour or oats that you grind up to powder
2- 3/4 of a 70cc scoop of RC Choc Pro-Antium
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 banana and save the other 1/2 for the stuffing (you will need 1 whole banana for this meal)
5- 3 egg whites
6- 1 tsp of van liquid extract
7- 1 tsp of chunky PB
8- a little less than 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
First put the 1/2 banana in a bowl and mash it up until its almost liquid then add all the dry ingredients and then the wet. Mix all the
ingredients thoroughly and then set to the side. Next take a 8in non stick omelet pan and put on the burner to warm up then go make the
protein paste filling.
Protein Paste Filling- Take a glass bowl and add 1 scoop of RC Choc Pro-Antium then add a few drops of water and stir briskly until you have
paste the has PB consistency, don't add too much water because you want it to be thick then take 1 tsp of chunky PB and blend it into the
paste. Now put a few drops of olive oil on your well heated pan and move it around to coat the whole pan, then pour enough batter to cover
the whole inside of the pan.
Pay close attention because the pancake will be done very quickly and when the side facing down is done flip it over then spread some of the
protein paste on one side of the pancake omelet and then add a few slices of banana to the paste and now fold the omelet in half closing the
stuffed ingredients inside. Remove it from the pan and repeat the whole procedure with the remaining batter and you will get two of the most
delicious pancake omelets that you will probably ever taste. The combination of the choc,PB, and banana go so well together and if you make
this for someone special they will DEFINITELY be impressed.

I had this cake tasted tested today and the response was exceptional and only one person said it tasted great but it needed sugar Lol
something I don't put in my cakes but I already knew I was going to get that response from this person because he doesn't like anything
that's healthy Lol he only eats junk food. The choc with the berries was something I did in one of my puddings but when I added the
coconut that just made it even better and more unique in flavor combination. I'll post up the ingredients and how to make it in a day or
two when I get a chance.

This is the recipe to make this delicious cake which someone who tasted it commented on how moist it was and
how it reminded them of a choc truffle so I guess I hit a home run on the flavor and texture.
Ingredients-- 1- 1 cup of Oat Powder (Muscle Feast brand) or oat flour or grounded oats will work
2- 2 70 cc scoops of RC Pro-Antium Chocolate Protein
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 5 heaping tbs of unsweetened shredded coconut ( 1 tbs is used to sprinkle on the cake before placing in the oven)
5- 1 bar of 72% Cacao Dark Choc 1.65oz ( cut into tiny pieces)
6- 1 tbs of liquid coconut extract
7- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
8- 4 tbs of non fat plain yogurt
9- 4 egg whites
10- 4 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients together then add the wet one at a time and when everything is blended together spoon the
batter into a 8x6 Pyrex dish that has been lightly coated with non stick spray. Sprinkle 1 tbs of shredded coconut all over
the cake batter before placing in a preheated 325 degree oven. This cake will take about 30 min to be done and it will
always remain moist through out because of the berries and the combination of flavors makes this a real decadent treat.
Hopefully if someone tries this recipe they will enjoy this cake as much as I did and the people who tasted it.

This is the recipe to make these delicious Choc Graham Cracker Mini Protein Cakes with Choc Frosting
Ingredients- 1- 3/4 of a cup of Oat Powder (Muscle Feast) or oat flour or ground up oats can be used but Oat Powder is Fantastic
2- 2 70cc scoops of SAN Titanium Whey Choc Graham Cracker Flavor
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 3/4 of a 1.65 oz bar of 72% Cacao Dark Choc (I use Trader Joe) Chop the choc into small pieces
5- 1 tbs of van liquid extract
6- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
7- 3 tbs of non fat plain yogurt
8- 3 egg whites
Mix all the dry ingredients first then add the wet and combine everything thoroughly. I used two small glass bowls to make these
mini cakes. The size of the bowls are 2 cups each and I purchased these bowls at Bed Bath and Beyond and they are from a co.
called ANCHOR and they come in a 3 pack and work great for these mini cakes.
Take the bowls and spray them on the inside lightly with non stick cooking spray and pour the batter into each bowl. The amount
of the ingredients in this recipe will make two cakes but if you want a third you can just add a little more of everything.
When all the batter is in the bowls you place them in a preheated 325 degree oven. You don't really want to go higher when
cooking with glass and these cakes should be done in about 20 -25 min depending on the oven and they are done when the tooth
pick which you use for testing comes out dry. Take them out of the oven and let them cool completely then cover them and place
in the frig for at least 1 day or even 2 so that the cake can be really firm on the inside so when you cut it in half the long way it
won't break up.
When you take them out of the frig pop them out of the glass bowls using a knife going along the edges to loosen them from the
glass bowls. Then cut them in half the long way and now you are ready to frost them.
Frosting- Take a glass mixing bowl and add 1 70cc scoop of chocolate mixed blend protein (mixed blend works best for frosting)
I used RC Pro-Antium and in my opinion probably the best protein for frosting out there.Add a few drops of water to
the protein and stir briskly until you have a PB type consistency then you spread the protein frosting on the bottom
half of the cake and then cover the cake with the top part then you frost the top and you do the same with what ever
amount of cakes you've made. Then place the cakes back into the frig for at least an hour so the frosting hardens up and
then you are ready to enjoy these DELICIOUS Choc covered graham cracker cakes that are very unique and tasty.
This is another tasty unique protein treat coming straight from the Superhuman67 Kitchen Enjoy !!!

Vanilla PB Banana Protein Paste Sandwich On A Multi Grain Seeded Hero
I always like to make this sandwich with a multi protein blend because it makes a better paste than straight whey and this tasted
delicious with this Pro-Antium Vanilla because of the rich flavor and the cookie pieces which worked wonderfully in this sandwich.
