Not an option! Back in 2008 I weighted 330lbs. Never going back, I might hit some speed bumps every now and again but never come to a full stop. Keep moving forward yourself and God Bless.

    ***************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT******************

TIPS; VALUABLE FOOD/SPICES THAT WILL ASSIST EVERY ONE WITH THEIR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS.....PLEASE READ, IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE....

You Juggernauts by now know that The key to weight loss is taking in fewer calories than you burn,( or burn more calories then what you take in) but what you eat can give you tremendous advantage. The meaning of " you are what you eat" is really the truth, food is nothing but a bunch of chemicals that unravel during digestion and become part of your body. The key is to eating foods that help your bodily systems run smoothly and optimally, so your energy and metabolism stays set to high. Here are a list of foods/spices to stock up on that will help you burn fat and calories.
    My first choice before anything else is to combine Infinitelabs Carnitine MTX ( turns fat into energy ) and Phenyl Core ( Amplifying your metabolic rate, Cutting excess fat,)(alpha lipoic acid) then i seek out these foods/spices and include them into my regiment;
    DID YOU KNOW!
    - Spicy foods. Cayenne pepper, one of the best fat-burning spices, burns calories by triggering a thermodynamic burn that lasts hours after eating. Hey,
    - Cinnamon added to food helps your body to metabolize sugar 20 times faster and lower your body’s blood-sugar levels.
    - Ginger is a vasodilator, meaning it expands the blood vessels and increases body heat and metabolism by 20%. Ground, pickled, candied or fresh, it works in all formats to burn fat. Ginger's vasodilation properties also means that it detoxifies your body as it stimulates circulation.
    - Citrus fruits, it's the vitamin C that is the fat-burning component because it reduces fat’s effectiveness and can liquefy or dilute it so that it exits the body. Add some lemon to your water, drink orange juice, and eat grapefruit in the morning.
    - Apples (along with berries) are a fantastic source of pectin, which limits the amount of fat your cells absorb because of its water-binding properties.
    - Soybeans contain lecithin, which helps your body to keep your cells from accumulating fat.
    - Bananas have approximately 450 mg of potassium, a naturally occurring chemical that boosts metabolism and regulates the body’s water balance.
    - Salmon, along with tuna, herring, and mackerel, are all excellent sources of essential fatty acids, or EFAs. Consume fish regularly lowers levels of a protein hormone called leptin, which has been linked to a slower metabolism and obesity. Eat EFAs in the form of fish three to five times a week.
    - Garlic is a natural antibiotic, a blood sugar regulator, and also works like a thermogenic in the body. It boosts metabolism and keeps insulin levels low to maximize fat burning.
    - Calcium and protein in low-fat dairy products promote weight loss and help to maintain muscle mass.
    - Tea, especially green tea, is rich in antioxidants that have been proven to speed metabolism,
    - Eggs contain vitamin B12, which your body needs to metabolize fat.

Good morning Juggernauts! Over the past 3 weeks life has been fairly hard, as it is for most of us out there. I have been working for a corporate gym now since August of 2012 as a certified personal trainer. Now, prior to that I was a Detention Officer for 6 years and of those six years I was a Training Officer. This job was to take Officers that just graduated a basic academy and take them through an intense 18 week on the job evaluation.

I went back to college in Feb 2010 to educate myself on how I could best help people, seeing how teaching comes very natural to me. I needed a more positive outlet then what my current job could give me. Well lets just say that the fitness world is not what I expected, over the past almost two years now I have seen more lies spread in the gym from members about what's right and whats wrong on how to be healthy and fit; despite my best efforts to educate members. I've been working for a gym that treats is members like numbers and clients like dollar signs.

Like Kia Green said "This isn't what I ordered" We always talk about surrounding ourselves with positive people, well I'm trying to do that, so I put my two week notice in and I'm going to pursue my Mobile Training, so I'm asking those of you out there that pray. Please pray for the strength to move forward, and put all this negetivity behind. I realize the world isn't perfect and no matter where I go there is always going to be negetive people, but I'm trying to change how I react to the negetivety so that I can be better for me, my family and you guys.

Have a wonderful Sunday and an awesome week!

Kudos to you for having the fortitude to change your situation! I applaud you man, very few would leave a comfortable environment because it doesn't line up with their values. You will succeed because you have a moral standard and work hard.
