Just say no to the Potato Chips (small confession for you... after my homicidal day yesterday I found a small amount of comfort in a half glass of my favorite wine and a little rendezvous with my two favorite men {Ben&Jerry} and their chocolate chip cookiedough goodness. It was only 1 scoop but it kept me sane! I felt like I was going rogue and breaking the rules which was liberating... I quickly drank a glass of water after it and went to bed on a sugar high! LOL) The upside is that all I had left in the little pint was one scoop so I'm officially out of it! lol
Try to do some sprinting in with your cardio, it helps keep the blood flowing to my legs when I run so I don't get the lead feeling and it also reminds my legs that what I thought was too fast was actually really slow! LOL"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure"

FRIDAY 1-10 & SATURDAY 1-11, DAYS 5 and 6. Ya Buddy!!!
This post will cover the last two days, to catch me up to date!
Friday 1-10, and Today Saturday 1-11
What's happening my fellow Juggernauts? How's everybody's weekend going so far? We got to do some shopping today, and I washed my car, after my morning Cardio of course! Then if Frick'n Rained! What The.....
Why does that happen? Is there some chemical reaction in the atmosphere that is activated when soap and water hit the finish on a vehicle? What kind of crap is that? I will work my ass off getting my car washed, waxed, amour all, and polished wheels, AND THEN, RAIN AAAaaaauuuuggggghhhhhh!!!!
Oh well, I'm a Juggernaut and I can handle it!
See!!!
Okay, maybe it wasn't quite that bad!
Juggernaut HP Review
Mixing = 10/10 (I've been taking a little more time shaking/stirring it, and that does the trick. Delicious!)
Taste = 10/10 (I love the taste of the Orange Flavor!)
Focus = 10/10 (The focus you get from Juggernaut HP, is just awesome, I really find myself concentrating on whatever muscle group I'm working on, and making sure I get that squeeze at the top of the movement!)
Pump = 9/10 (Pump is okay! I really don't notice any extreme pump though!)
Fatigue = 10/10 (This stuff goes on and on, long after my workout and I don't crash, and even feel a little refreshed after working my ass off!)
Strength = 9-10 (I find JHP makes me push myself for more weight, more reps, or even that slow eccentric movement of whatever exercise I'm doing! Awesome!)

See ya later!
Seated Overhead Curls (Something like this, I only have one pulley so I use a small straight bar and pull straight from the front to over my head)
Incline Dumbbell Curls (I love this way of doing them. That twist really gets ya, then you hit maybe 4 or 5 more reps)
Hammer Curls (These get you ready for "The Gun Show")

I love hammer curls! Not sure why but I'd rather do them than any other type of curls question for ya, why are you mixing protein with milk instead of water?

most people like the hammer curls because it is a steady straight pull upwards. The thing about your biceps is that it controls the twisting/rotation of the arm. You will build and even biceps (since there are two halves) with hammer curls. If you are wanting to build more of one have than the other you need to make sure you rotate the weight when you lift/do the curls.
Eric have you tried doing reverse grip EZ Curl barbell curls? They will definitely work another part of the biceps you are not used to using and helps stimulate growth very well!"Strength and Honor" words to live by!

Hey Dennis,
I have tried reverse curls and love them, they're great for the forearm tool. When ever I do Curls I really try to do the little twist at the top of the movement, trying to get that Peak, you know!
I'm always watching stuff like this to learn as much as I can!

First Week Done! Congrats to the Survivors!
Hey Juggernauts,
Just wanted to post another video, and say Hey! I have been having a blast so far, so please enjoy my video, and leave any comments you like. Although I would like to say,
1. Sorry about the Rocking back and forth, really didn't realize I was doing that much. But you know, you put an old guy in a rocking chair, and what do you expect, right! LOL
2. Another thing about the chair is, I noticed I could hear a little squeaking. So just to let you know IT WAS THE CHAIR, not me! My bones are squeaking yet! But I will break out the WD-40!
So thanks for all the communication on the forum here, I really appreciate it. And I look forward to hearing from everyone, everyday!

Love your logs! And I LOVE your videos! TV adds 10 pounds and 10 years! LOL. I have to say, I've been fortunate, though; my TV appearances have been kind to me!
It sounds like someone is vacuuming in the background of this latest video! LOL Good to know your house is clean! Hee hee!ONWARD!

THE WAY TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS WHILE LOSING BODY FAT AT THE SAME TIME
Perform very brief but high intensity weight lifting workouts with

Tuesday 1-14 (day 9) biceps and triceps ("the gun show")
Everybody wants big Guns, Right! You know you do!
Tuesday is "GUN DAY" ya Buddy!
Another beautiful day in California, sunny warm, and working at a PIA Pilot Truck Stop! LOL It's amazing what happens when you offer a business "Free Labor" for a few hours! Suddenly they can't do anything for themselves, they need you to do it all, I mean after all your there working on the walk-in cooler, you might as well fill it with all the product in the world, put all their prices on it, and sweep and mop their floors, hey and maybe you can go out and clean the "Frick'n" parking lot while your at it! LOL
I don't mind doing my job (in fact I enjoy my job) however I don't enjoy doing other peoples work for them! I will go the extra mile, and take extra steps to make sure my job is done to my standards and yours, but you need to pull your own weight and not take advantage of my good nature! I don't like it when people suddenly get lazy just because they have someone there that will pick up the slack!
End Rant
