Hi, Eric! I had a chance to watch your video and check your log...very COOL! Great job! I'm super impressed with your log, and your workout regiment! Keep up the great work! I also did Insanity (2x's) and that in itself gives you an AMAZING body transformation! It's hard as sh#! but totally effective! Wishing you continued success! Keep rockin' it out! Michelle

I think I finally got caught up with posting on the same day! We will see how long it lasts!

What's up everybody, not to bad of a day today, I got a late start because I locked the keys in my van and couldn't get in touch with the fleet department till this morning! Took the tow truck driver an hour to break in! LOL

Day 4, Whoop, Whoop! It's getting close to the end of the first week, how cool is that?

    Juggernaut HP Review

Mixing = 10/10 (I think I finally figure out the mixing.)
Taste = 10/10 (Orange all the way!) LOL
Focus = 10/10 (The focus you get from Juggernaut HP, is just awesome, I really find myself concentrating on whatever muscle group I'm working on, and making sure I get that squeeze at the top of the movement!)
Pump = 9/10 (I really don't notice HP giving me anymore of a pump than I normally get, I don't if it's just me, or not!)
Fatigue = 10/10 (This stuff goes on and on, long after my workout and I don't crash, and even feel a little refreshed after working my ass off!)
Strength = 9-10 (I find JHP makes me push myself for more weight, more reps, or even that slow eccentric movement of whatever exercise I'm doing! Awesome!)

    Nutrition
Still not the best, but I'm working on it! Really! I am!

    Pre-Workout
    1 cup, Coffee Black
1 scoop, Protein Powder in milk
    1 scoop, Juggernaut HP (Orange)
2 capsules, Infinite Labs Final Form
2 capsules, Infinite Labs Final Cutz

    Intra Workout
    Amino 1

    Post Workout/Breakfast
2 scoops, Protein Powder in milk
    1 scoop, Creatine
1 scoop, AI Reds & Greens
    1 pack, Animal Flex

    Meal 1
    2 Slices Whole Wheet
    1 Tbl Spoon Peanut Butter

    Snack 1
2 scoops Protein Powder in milk

    Meal 2
Taco Bell Chicken Tacos, (That's what they brought home after I said, "It has to be something Healthy!" LOL So I had to pull several tacos apart and eat just the chicken and greens, without the tortillas)
I kind of end up with a chicken salad, not terrible, but not ideal either!

    Snack 2
1 scoop Protein Powder in milk

I forgot to add this to the prior days, but I always warm up to a P90X Warm UP
They last about 15 to 20 minutes, and are fairly decent.

    WORKOUT SHOULDERS & BACK

    Military Shoulder Press @ 75lbs = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
    Barbell Upright Rows @ 80lbs = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
    Delt Raises @ 25lbs = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
    Machine Back Row @ 130lb = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
    Over Head Pull Down @ 110lbs = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Underhand Chin Ups @ Body Weight = 4 Sets of 15 Reps

    CARDIO = BEACHBODY'S INSANITY
    Cardio Power & Resistance

Not a bad workout, considering I was TOAST at the end. I don't why buy my legs are not up to snuff with cardio. Man, most of the way through the legs feel like lead, and my calves feel like their going to explode! LOL
I thought I was in better shape than this! I hope as the weeks go on, they get better!

So far this challenge is awesome! I hope everyone is enjoying themselves, I know that we all sometimes get down on ourselves for not following our plan, or not progressing fast enough! But, lets just focus on the fun part, and let everything else fall into place!
I know I start all this fitness stuff to avoid getting to be a pudgy old fart, with a belly the size of Santa's, but I kept doing it because I actually started to like it! It's FUN for me, and even I think I a little strange for saying that, but it's true, and I'm sure the rest of you are like me, in that even if we weren't doing this challenge we would still be working our butts off to stay in shape.
So I say "Let The Fun Begin", and "What Challenge?" I'm here just to hang out exercise and meet some new friends, Right!
Just say no to the Potato Chips (small confession for you... after my homicidal day yesterday I found a small amount of comfort in a half glass of my favorite wine and a little rendezvous with my two favorite men {Ben&Jerry} and their chocolate chip cookiedough goodness. It was only 1 scoop but it kept me sane! I felt like I was going rogue and breaking the rules which was liberating... I quickly drank a glass of water after it and went to bed on a sugar high! LOL) The upside is that all I had left in the little pint was one scoop so I'm officially out of it! lol

Try to do some sprinting in with your cardio, it helps keep the blood flowing to my legs when I run so I don't get the lead feeling and it also reminds my legs that what I thought was too fast was actually really slow! LOL

I love hammer curls! Not sure why but I'd rather do them than any other type of curls question for ya, why are you mixing protein with milk instead of water?

most people like the hammer curls because it is a steady straight pull upwards. The thing about your biceps is that it controls the twisting/rotation of the arm. You will build and even biceps (since there are two halves) with hammer curls. If you are wanting to build more of one have than the other you need to make sure you rotate the weight when you lift/do the curls.

Eric have you tried doing reverse grip EZ Curl barbell curls? They will definitely work another part of the biceps you are not used to using and helps stimulate growth very well!

I actually like the thickness I get by mixing with milk, and I think it tastes better. Although I do mix it with water when I'm on the go, or I'm low on milk. But mostly I just prefer the texture and flavor with milk!

    Hey Dennis,
I have tried reverse curls and love them, they're great for the forearm tool. When ever I do Curls I really try to do the little twist at the top of the movement, trying to get that Peak, you know!

I'm always watching stuff like this to learn as much as I can!

First Week Done! Congrats to the Survivors!

    Hey Juggernauts,
Just wanted to post another video, and say Hey! I have been having a blast so far, so please enjoy my video, and leave any comments you like. Although I would like to say,

    1. Sorry about the Rocking back and forth, really didn't realize I was doing that much. But you know, you put an old guy in a rocking chair, and what do you expect, right! LOL

    2. Another thing about the chair is, I noticed I could hear a little squeaking. So just to let you know IT WAS THE CHAIR, not me! My bones are squeaking yet! But I will break out the WD-40!

So thanks for all the communication on the forum here, I really appreciate it. And I look forward to hearing from everyone, everyday!

Love your logs! And I LOVE your videos! TV adds 10 pounds and 10 years! LOL. I have to say, I've been fortunate, though; my TV appearances have been kind to me!
It sounds like someone is vacuuming in the background of this latest video! LOL Good to know your house is clean! Hee hee!
    ONWARD!

I have to agree protein mix's a lot better with milk as opposed to just water. The thickness is great and the added protein from milk is a huge bonus.

one week down only 11 more to go. I do believe if you put anyone in a rocking chair. Can't help but rock it. (I know I can't help but sway, back and forth.) Also must say I respect the Ironman and Thor in the background.)

Tuesday 1-14 (day 9) biceps and triceps ("the gun show")

Everybody wants big Guns, Right! You know you do!
Tuesday is "GUN DAY" ya Buddy!

Another beautiful day in California, sunny warm, and working at a PIA Pilot Truck Stop! LOL It's amazing what happens when you offer a business "Free Labor" for a few hours! Suddenly they can't do anything for themselves, they need you to do it all, I mean after all your there working on the walk-in cooler, you might as well fill it with all the product in the world, put all their prices on it, and sweep and mop their floors, hey and maybe you can go out and clean the "Frick'n" parking lot while your at it! LOL
I don't mind doing my job (in fact I enjoy my job) however I don't enjoy doing other peoples work for them! I will go the extra mile, and take extra steps to make sure my job is done to my standards and yours, but you need to pull your own weight and not take advantage of my good nature! I don't like it when people suddenly get lazy just because they have someone there that will pick up the slack!
    End Rant

Fatigue = 10/10 (This stuff goes on and on, long after my workout and I don't crash, and even feel a little refreshed after working my ass off!)

    Juggernaut HP Review

Mixing = 10/10 (I've been taking a little more time shaking/stirring it, and that does the trick. Delicious!)
Taste = 10/10 (I love the taste of the Orange Flavor!)
Focus = 10/10 (The focus you get from Juggernaut HP, is just awesome, I really find myself concentrating on whatever muscle group I'm working on, and making sure I get that squeeze at the top of the movement!)
Pump = 9/10 (Pump is okay! I really don't notice any extreme pump though!)
Awesome!)
