TEAM WORK: The second most important criteria entrants will be judged on is how much of a team member they show themselves to be during this process. One of the defining characteristic of an Infinite Labs® “team” member is the ability to be supportive. I think I would have told that manager a thing or two about being a paying customer, and if people were waiting, maybe they need more machines! If no one complained then don't bother me!
As for your legs man, I'm no expert, but they are a very large muscle and will take a long time to develop any visible changes. YOU MUST SQUAT Grasshopper! And your right "Mass Food" = "Muscle Mass", no two ways around that!ERIC WHITEHEAD

* HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DIETING RESULTS?....**Regarding weight loss, There's no magical way to lose weight. It comes down to Physical Activity and Diet.... Take in fewer calories than you burn OR burn more through Training/Cardio then your taking in and you lose weight. Customizing your diet and training to your specific goal is the key to maximizing your results, dont try short cuts, fast gimmicks and so on, they will only back fire on you, if your not sure whether your training and diet is customized for your goal, reevaluate your calorie/carb daily intake and the type of training/cardio regiment your on.
For those that can't seem to lose excess weight despite diet and exercise, they should talk to their doctor, there are only two medical reasons ; Cushion's syndrome or having an under active thyroid gland, Other then that, you need to do the work.....

Day 54
More than half way through the challenge day 54 has shown progress of the different muscle groups and strength. I never have been a patient person, knowing hard gainers take longer to produce results. Trusting the process is so under estimated, I 100% believe in it. I have to understand that everyone's body composition is different. Learning your capabilities and body should be the very first thing you understand and work one. If you don't planning your training and diet is like shooting from the hit without aiming.
Since today was Juggernaut Mode Bicep day, I altered today to chest and bi's. I'm still on 12, 10, 8 and 6 reps for chest on one day and 12, 12, 12 and 12 the second go around for chest day. Gaining mass and endurance is what I'm looking for right now. Trying to get to where I was couple months back. Excitedly I put of 225pds for six reps (with a spotter who told me he just tap the bar a couple times but everything was me). Gives me confidence that this technique is working some what. I also made for pretty much every other muscle group as well.
Diet is about 75% during the week and on the weekends I try and make up for it. I haven't weighed myself since the start per I don't feel like I've gained weight. Shoot today we ran 6 miles on a tank track and I'm scurred to imagine how many calories I burned. So I just gotta eat all I can when I can.
Here's a couple diagrams showing you different exercises and what muscles are worked ..and the target area. Very beneficial when your zoned out looking at the muscle work. Hope everyone is well!!

Day 60
I know within 60 days of this challenge, you find out how hard competitors train. You find out how dedicated you are with fitness from your normal everyday activities! I applaud all of you from the single parent, second job holders, the stress and negative things that happen to us. I have learned I could of done many things different however that will not detour me from keep going...keep moving forward. I know what lies ahead for me in future training and that is heart..to never give up no matter what. To achieve little here and little there! We have to do the math and really take time to come up with the equation that works for us! We can all ask what do you do, how many times you train that body part..but that's there body not yours. Believe in yourself focus and crush it! Some of us have children and other responsibilities...but we have to find time for ourselves to succeed no matter what were aiming for. This in my opinion is a design for a winner. Winners don't care what time it is or if the weather is perfect for training outside...they just do!
