    Workout Disrupted this week

    Normally I train Monday Wednesday Friday.

    Doing ICF 5 x 5.

    This week I can only train Monday Tuesday Friday.

    So basically should I train Tuesday or leave it as a rest day and then not working till Friday?

    Option 2.

    Or split your monday workout into 2 halves and add a cpl sets then start again friday.

    Don't do icf on back to back days it isn't designed that way.

    I'd do an abbreviated workout on Tuesday. On ICF I normally have pretty rough DOMS and fatigue in my tris and legs especially, so I'd omit squats and whatever tri work for the day. Eat a lot on Monday night and if anything is sore on Tuesday, go light or omit those exercises.
