Water with traces of calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium if possible. Those are extremely high pH. Baking soda water is cool too.

I can tell you are an American. Let me spoon feed you the answers so you don't have to hypothesize yourself. They were smarter because the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 was a steady 1:2 which allowed for proper brain development. All the animals were fresh hunt and killed. These animals were not raised in batteries or CAFOs on a diet consisting of corn and grain. Their fat compositions were perfect and the entire animal was eaten. Brain included.
