It's a halogen that displaces the iodine halogen that is(was) present in the body. Chlorine in the water. Bromine in the air, drinks, fabrics. Mercury in the flu shots and fish. Fluorine in the water.
All 4 of those are working in concert to eliminate the iodine that every cell in your body needs. Especially the thyroid gland.
This is a small facet of the truth and there is more to come for those who seek.

It isn't. The whole "controversy" is a good example of the scientifically illiterate preying on the scientifically ignorant.
The "fluoride is the devil" myth has reach urban legend level status at this point.
EVERY single fluoride myth spouted by the propagandists is broken down in this link... http://openparachute.wordpress.com/2...ridation-myth/
It's a myth that just wont go the fu*k away.

I was reading random Internet articles on water fluoridation when I came across the above article. Here's a few things I wanted to point out:
"The Web site does not mention whether or not she is board-certified. The American Board of Medical Specialties does not list her in its database, which means she is not. The HealthTap Web site (for which she answers questions) stated that she was, but this was removed after I asked the management to check. The description of her practice suggests that she does mainly locum tenens work (temporarily filling in for other doctors). "
Dr. Yolanda Whyte listed a bunch of other valid credentials so the above is irrelevant. Why does Stephen Barrett even mention the above?
"The dose of fluoride that’s supposedly effective in preventing dental cavities is very close to the dose that, according to the Environmental Protection Agency, can cause harm for some children. This statement is false. The EPA has expressed concern that fluoridated water at above 2 parts per million can cause severe fluorosis [2]. However, the level in community fluoridation ranges from 0.7 ppm to 1.2 ppm and is likely to be lowered because of the availability of fluoride in toothpaste and other products has increased [3]."
"Severe fluorosis." What about regular fluorosis? If 2 ppm can cause severe fluorosis, isn't it reasonable to assume that 1 ppm can cause regular fluorosis? Why doesn't Barrett address this? Also, this phrase: "....and is likely to be lowered..." Ok...so what? What does that mean, it's likely to be lowered? how likely? really really likely or just normally likely?
"The 41% figure refers to all degrees of dental fluorosis, but the commonest forms— questionable, very mild, and mild fluorosis and most cases of moderate fluorosis—are barely visible and pose no problem whatsoever."
Why? How does he know it poses no problem whatsoever? Providing one weblink isn't good enough.
"Such teeth may appear whiter than otherwise, but they are neither unattractive nor structurally damaged. Moreover, many people think that extra whiteness make the teeth more attractive."
So what? Why is he talking about how white teeth are? Who gives a damn?
"Fluoride opponents also ignore the fact that between the 1940s and the 1990s, while fluoridation steadily expanded to serve millions of additional people, the average IQ scores of Americans improved 15 points."
Better nutrition, etc. played a part too.
"But it turned out to me her home number and Whyte answered it herself. (I assume this means she does not have an office f her own.)"
Even if that were true she still has an MD.
"After I asked her about board certification, she became defensive, said I was freaking her out, and hung up the phone"
Why is Barrett even calling her in the first place. Kind of creepy. Also he called her a bunch of times in the same morning.

no such conspiracy exist. a phd candidate (or a master cadidate in some instances) can put a trial together with minimal funding (and/or get funding from university or private interest). if no trials were done, the literature review didnt point towards a need to expand the subject.* Smolov ATG Front and Back-Squat Survivor Crew

I heard Chris Ryan (sex PHD guy) say human females are able to get pregnant much more often than many other animals or something. Like even more than chimps who **** like crazy. It's like our biology is structured to be more promiscuous than chimps even, but we totally reversed it in society.
anyone aweir of what im on about?

s2pid is right whether you relate or not
The information available that talks about minerals being leached from the bones and body overall are indeed correct. s2pid it totally right.
I drank reverse osmosis water and distilled, and filtered water for about a year and a half and found my bones and joints aching, cracking, i felt weak, when i drank tap water for even a day or two that went away. After about a month or two or **** even 6 months back on tap water, i could drink 500ml of distilled water and REALLY feel it, back to weak cracky feeling, you really can feel it in your bones....
you may not notice it ever with Brita filtered water because you are putting minerals into your body at the same rate as they are being taken out because the brita doesn't strip ALL of the minerals, but when you get into distilled water which has complete 0 total dissolved solids, thats when you will eventually notice it.. the fluoride in tap is the only problem if you believe in its negative effects which it i well documented now . if you want to remove the fluoride the minerals get taken out along with it unfortunately.
Also you guys saying he is a ******* plain ignorant.
GO AHEAD go buy reverse osmosis water from like a "water depot" store in a 10$ jug you buy from them, try it out for a year or two. I GUARANTEE you will feel amazing once you do, more open minded (ego dissipates) , spiritual, sleep better, clear minded, you will be able to think so clearly.. Eventually i think the mineral problem for your body could catch up to you. but find out for yourself!
