grats, don't play ranked until you're a bit better
you should be watching heaps of info streams, the ones like voyboy and scarra where they speak their thoughts out loud. that will help you to get more used to what you should be thinking about if you want to win more games. if you're an adc just grind out games to practise your mechanics and decision making. if you have strong mechanics it will carry you through a lot of chitty positions that you get yourself into at low elo.
