I'd be careful with training any one muscle group every session, depending on how often you work out.
You've got to allow time for repair and finally the build process. Just keep working at it and do your research.
Don't be afraid to break free of the what is "conventional." Unique schemes will bring rise to unique physiques.

Love the mass and balance. Gives me a lot to look forward to in my own body.

Good f'ing job bro! Looking strong and aesthetic all over...no muscles really behind or lacking. What are your lifts at for reps (x5), I'm sure you're pushing/pulling some heavy ass weight being 203 and that lean

nice man. lots of hard work there. skeptical of 1 year, but possibly possible if ecto and shoveling 7k cals a day for that year (maybe but doubting it). Typical olympic runner is 170-185 at 5'11. Guessing you were more like 165-170 in that first pic. Not sure how you would have accomplished this year and kept the BF low without some special help. No hate of course, I know you're trying to build a rep.
Experience: Have lost 140 lbs and gone through years of cut/bulk cycles to gain mass/getlean/gain mass/get lean/gain mass and lots of friends who ride bike."Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths." - Arnold Schwarzeneggar

I'll be making a new thread showing how I target key muscle groups. You'll see it
But yes I agree it is difficult to target. With time you'll get it. You just gotta build the mind muscle connection.
See above I almost exclusively train with emphasis on upper chest
A lot of people get pretty but hurt about it, but I don't follow a rep strict rep scheme. I almost never go into a set with the mind set of "how many reps am I aiming for?" Instead every session I set out to theroughly beat the crap out of that particular muscle group. The result is a berage of all different types of rep and set schemes. Never the same, but just based on how It feels. In short, feel it out.
Snffffffff Ahhhhhhhh... Que the haters.
I'd inquire if you were mad, jelly, and or mirin'

This skepticism is welcome.
I wouldn't consider myself completely ecto. I feel like a mix between ecto and meso.
I've never been over 10 % in m life I don't think. Also, I would consider myself to a genetically gifted individual.
But with impeccable dieting and steady training, I did manage to put in 30 pounds this year. I wouldn't consider that un natural by any means.
Thanks bro.
As far as diet goes., nothing you haven't heard yet bro.
I carb Cycle and extend for ketosis when cutting. But I prefer to build steadily and cleanly and do short cutting periods as needed. Ketosis is quite the powerful tool for someone who wishes to stay lean year round.Aesthetic Prodigy

It's kind of disingenuous and possibly harmful to people when you lie about being natty and give out advice.
Not trying to bust your balls or anything, just saying it might be better to ignore it when people ask you for advice.
The Sandra Wickham fall classic isn't even a natural tournament and I doubt theirs drug testing.
Not hating OP, but you would have a lot more humility if you knew how hard it is to maintain that level of bodyfat and mass naturally.
And also, Great physique man.
