Hi there,
i was watching your video and im currently going into more depth with anatomy in college, one thing that is puzzling me is how the TFL aids in medial rotation given its orgin and insertion i would of thought it would of aided in lateral rotation.
I understand totally how it function in abduction and flexion, however im a kinesthetic learner and can't picture medial rotation. I have searched google and youtube and can't find any decent videos
in what position would the body/hip be in for this to happen as for example the piriformis can medial rotate when the hip is in a flexed position and laterally rotate in the anatomical position.
cheers
