    Leg intensity/routine question

for leg day i will either do squats leg press leg extension, some hamsting curl or lunges/leg press followed by those other 2.

I can't do squats and lunges in the same workout along with leg press so i useually just pick one, my question is, would it be better to do this and go all out on just one quad based exercise or balance out the intensity and not go as hardcore on squats, maybe like 60% so i can have energy to do lunges aswell. would just like some thoughts,..this gos along with every other bodypart to, never sure if i should balance my energy more and do more exercises or less but more intense

dont balance anything. go hard and dont save any energy. You should be going all out on squats and then taking it lighter on lunges and leg presses but you should definitely be doing all three of these on your leg day
