Hey Heidi. Thankfully we were only without power until mid morning. I just got Internet and cable back now....I did have to hack my car out though. The ice was about an inch thick all over....yikes...

Today was deads, pullups and biceps for me. All the pre-workout pudding gave me a fantastic pump!

Second workout of the day had me chopping ice. The driveway was literally covered in at least an inch of ice after the storm that hit the GTA, so it took an hour of heavy hacking. Best tabata/circuit/HIIT type workout I've had in a while. Even though it was well below zero and my fingers were numb I had a full sweat on.Team General Mills

Great to see the two of you working together and sharing with us. Great family pictures. Waiting for the next round of OBF competition. Good maintenance going on here. Kept weight in check -- up about 6 pounds since mid-September end of OBF -- which should make the next contest much easier, a bulking plan with a late competition cut.
