1900 raw, 850 pull, get into doctorate school for physical therapy, try to limit the amount of times I bite the inside of my mouth while chewing delicious meats, wreck the f*cking Arnold, stay healthy.

Current versus Goals
Bench
275-> 330
Back Squat
435-> 480
Deadlift
530-> 585
Other goals
Bulk up to 198
Get a 4.0 GPA
I'm finally starting to get stronger on bench... I think getting to 300 is easily attainable, getting to 330 is going to be tough. Should'a listened and fixed my form earlier. Back Squat I'm pretty confident I can hit 480 by the end of the year... 585 on deadlift is going to be hard.
I love these threads. Happy 2013 everyone.

My number one goal is to be injury free. I suffered a strained pec and a few weeks later a strained lower back. Stupid injuries set me back so much. :/
Number two comes 1,200 total.
Number three is go 9/9 in a meet. Last one I struggled a bit with commands and my lifts struggled. It's way different than my friend yelling them at me in the gym.iSatori MAXON Powerbuilding Log:

Well my 2013 goals were a 1760+ wrapped total with a 640+ squat, 460 bench, and 680 pull. Didn't get a chance to try them except for my bench and I failed to get that in comp.
I'm going to make those ^^^ #'s my goal for USPA Nationals in July and then an 1800+ wrapped total for IPL. I'm not sure what weight class I'll be competing in the next time I compete, but it'll either be 220 or 242. I've slowly crept up to an even 230 at my heaviest during the day so by Nationals or IPL I may not wanna cut. I'm not setting any world records or anything anyways, so yeah.1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
