-Compete for the first time in March and total at least 1200 at 181 and get the USAPL Junior (20-23) state records for squat, deadlift, and total.
By the end of the year, all while staying at 181:
Squat 500
Deadlift 600
Bench 275+ (without re-injuring my crappy shoulders!)
Front Squat 405 (because who doesn't love front squatting?)

never posted my goals for 2014 in here so figured I would now even though is feb.
1. squat 600 lbs. don't care at what bw or if with wraps or not. i just wanna squat 600 raw. this is my number one goal right now. 1RM calculator has me around the 450 to 470 range depending on the day so I got my work cut out for me.
2. total 1400-1500 at a comp.

Okay... Please don't laugh... Or do, I don't care.
1) OHP: 135x5--->205x5
Bench Press: 200x5---> 275x5
ATG Squat: 275x5---> 365x5
Deadlift: 350x5----> 455x5
No equipment whatsoever... Not even clothes.
2) Drop 20lbs by August.
3) 10k 52min--->45min
4) Consume 20,000 calories on Christmas day.
5) Exceed aforementioned expectations, there are no limits.

Not much compared to most of the people here, but before the end of the year I want to break a 1000lb total. Currently sitting at a pathetic ~650lb total so hopefully I should get there. Failing that, a minimum of a 405 deadlift would be good.
I would also like to get up to at least 200lbs in bodyweight, ideally 210+

I have strayed away from raw a bit to focus on equipped lifting and nationals, but I've surpasses squat, WAAYYY over on bench, and still working on deadlift. Also beat the total by 100 pounds (Hit a 1609 at nationals this year).
Right now I'm sitting at a 606 squat, 452 bench, and 551 deadlift.Best Competition Lifts (163 Single Ply USAPL)

Bench: 457 Pounds
Deadlift: 551 Pounds

Not bad so far. Apparently I was modest enough that I cleared a few goals already. Made 1k, 225 bench, and 450 deadlift. 10 lbs off of the squat but a back injury has kept me out of consistently squatting so right now I'm back down at 290 for my working sets. I could probably jump up a bit but I'm just going to slowly progress back up for now. No need to re-injure myself jumping into heavy squats too soon.

I accomplished on of my goals for the year recently which was a OHP of 225 lbs. Was surprised I did it since i had cut 20 lbs when I did it. I figued I'd have to be bulked up to get that but nope. Now I need to raise the bar again before the end of the year. So I'll say 235 is the next goal for OHP.

1. Second meet on August 3rd, third meet in December so that will be done.
2. Think I set my goals a little too high on this one. I think squat and dead are at least somewhat possible, but I can't figure bench out.
3. Learning more every day.
4. Lately have been consistent, must keep up.
Little over half of the year done, still plenty of time left.Meet bests: 450/305/545
