Progress is progress regardless of what the actual weight is. Keep up the great work man, look how far you've come!
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Good job man.
I know the feels.
Now that I'm eating more, mine is also progressing.
keep hustlin cuzzzz
also, I know it sucks that people that don't seem try as hard progress a lot faster than us sometimes, but respect the fact that they also work hard, and when we finally surpass them, we will will ten times more accomplished.
For reference I only just got 170 for 6 after getting 165 for 5 way back in august. 1rm is 200
