Im trying to bulk up correctly for the next 2-3 years slowly (lean bulk).
My issue is reaching 3000 calories. I'm still a student in high school from 8am-4pm.
Any advice because my progress in the gym has been slowing down and i don't expect linear progression but i know I'm not eating enough to progress like i should?

Olive Oil. Adding it to a shake will help. Looking at your stats though, it mostly wouldn't hurt to throw in some more higher calorie dense "not so clean" foods.

Personally, if your clean bulking...your gonna feel full all the time, and looking at food will make you wanna puke. I remember watching a video with Frank Yang, where he imagines the food is "orgasms" wanting to be eaten lol. Truth is, eating 3,000 calories of clean food is hard as crap. For example 6oz of chicken is only 120-140 calories.

I put olive oil in my protein shakes too. Gives me some terrible gas though that's why I don't exceed 2 tablespoons a day. Also nuts are full of good fats. Very high calorie. Sandwiches, mayonaise, tuna and mayo. Get yourself a blender and make your own weight gain shake.

I love cream and pizza are really good
I personally try to drink a lot of OJ everyday. Milk would be really good too, my stomach can't handle too much milk though
Put a tablespoon if olive oil on whatever you can. I put it over any rice I'm eating, my protein shakes, one time I even put it in the water bottle I carry around lol

eat as much as you can throughout the day and make this before bed...
2 cups milk
1 cup oats
1 serving ice cream
2 scoops protein powder
1 serving chocolate syrup
add nutella or man up and add pent butter
thats like 1.5k calories chugged in 30 seconds....time to nut up and drink it.**Florida Crew**

Didn't really think about it at the time. Quickly realized after I tried to shake it up and the oil just settled at the top. Again, it was only a tablespoon in a pretty big bottle so it didn't make much of a difference. I rinsed it out afterward and it was fine
And like I said it was a one time thing

What's lean bulking? You can possibly mean bulking without adding bodyfat? You mean slow bulking like 0.5lbs a week, month? I don't like the term Lean & Bulking. There's nothing lean about bulking. Anyways you wanna bulk for 2-3yrs so im guessing you wanna go as slow as you possibly can. Maybe 1lb a month? I'm confussed are you powerlifting? Because if your powerlifting slow bulking would make since because when you stall you can "slowly up calories". But bodybuilding and trying to slow bulk?? You do relize you will need to bulk and culk serve times depending on how big and ripped you wanna be.
As far as what you eat to lean bulk > Chicken and brown rice. Good luck trying to eat 2000 cals worth of rice a day. In all seriousness take out the word lean and call it a bulk. Make sure your getting about 170grams of protein, 300+ carbs, 70+ fats. That's your marcos if your between 150-165lbs. Doesn't really matter what you eat to get it because in order to hit 170 grams of protein you will have to eat some source of clean protein such as chicken, fish, protein shake. Your not going to hit the protein intake at mcdonalds or eating junk food but you will hit the carb intake.
