    Show off your strength, win some Massularia by AI Sports Nutrition

    Hey guys check this out. I was training with Cole Easvold and we were doing barbell curls with 135lbs. We both typically never go that heavy, but we decided to change things up and do something different to shock the muscle.

    Here is a video of Cole Eastvold doing heavy curls with 135lbs. I was able to get 6 reps with 135lbs also.

    I was pretty happy with being able to curl that much. Certainly wasn't my goal to be able to curl 135lbs on barbell curl, but it's a great personal record.

    Now are you guys ready for the promo? I am looking for strength goals.
    What I want you to do is set strength gaining goal: here are some examples.
    I can bench 225lbs 10 times right now, and I would like to be able to bench that weight 15 times.
    My 1 rep max is 135lbs on bench, and I would like to do 145.

    Then tell us how you plan to accomplish that goal in a month.

    One bottle of Massularia is for grabs, and if you win, we would like you to write a log and see if you can accomplish that strength goal.

    It's that simple set a strength goal, hope that you get picked at random, then run a log, and see if you can accomplish that goal.

    Lets see if Massularia will help you achieve your personal record.

    This is an awesome opportunity! In on this for sure!

    My goal is currently to increase my bench and squat. I rep 225 for anywhere from 5-8 reps and my 1rm is 325. I would love to be able to rep out 295-315 for 4-5 reps. My secondary goal would be to get my squat up. Current max is 365. I usually rep out 8-10 at 275. I wanna rep 8-10 at 315.

    I would love to log my journey in trying to reach these goals and I know massularia would surely help! Thanks!

    Not long at all that's why I set such high goals for myself. I've been bulking more seriously than ever this year since about September. Bench max was 235 when I started bulking. Never used to bench with a partner but now thanks to spotting I've been able to shatter through plateaus. Hoping massularia will really send me to that next level!

    This Promo makes so much more since then most of the others. Thanks for putting some thought into this.

    My current Bench 1 Rep Max is 330 so my ultimate goal is 405 (who wouldn't like that) but a 40 day goal is to get it over 350. The most I have ever benched was 365 but that was when I was 20 lbs heavier.

    I plan on going on a bulk starting Jan 1st that will be the first part of the plan. I was also add a heavy day of bench to go along with the light day I have on Mondays. Something like Mondays CHest, shoulders, Triceps. Wednesday: back, Biceps and then have a heavy day of bench on Thursday to follow Friday as legs.

    I did this in the past and it worked great.

    Currently I do Chest on Monday and rotate low weight reps... similar to shortcut to size.

    Sounds like a good plan. Do you typically eat a much larger meal after you train a body part you want to improve? That's what I do and it works well for me. It helps me recover better, especially if I want to train that body part twice a week.

    Good idea. I will give that a try as well.

    I eat very clean it is hard for me to come up with enough food to bulk like I would like.

    I pretty much stick to white rice for my post workout meals, because for me it's easier to digest, so then I can eat more of it, and it's densely packed with carbs.

    Thanks! I love sweet potatoes too but they fill me up quicker, so I can't eat as many grams of carbs as I can with rice.

    My goal is to be able to bench 65lb dumbells on my final set for a full 8 reps. Right now I lift 50x8, 55x8, then 60 til failure which is normally 6. Going to reach this goal by continuing to press myself on the bench and eat 500 cals above maintenance to grow. Massularia could definitely help me reach the next goal I have after I reach this one.

    Might not be a beastly feat but only 6 months into training I don't compare myself to anybody but myself.

    I have been lifting for 2 years now, with a focus on bodybuilding. Unfortunately the past few months i have been studying abroad in Italy, which was great, but sadly i was not able to get to a gym . So i obviously lost 90% of all gains i have ever made. Before italy i was able to bench 100 lb dumbbells for 10 reps for 3 sets. Now i can only do 80 lb dumbbells for 10 reps for 3 sets.

    My goal is to regain my strenth and hopefully surpass it by 5 lbs. Im going to heavily rely on muscle memory for the next couple of months hoping to get back to my original strength level and then hopefully add on from there.

    My plan is to use pyramid workout style training taught to me by my football strength coach. Example:

    Flat Dumbbell bench press
    starting from lower weight with high reps to low reps with heavier weight:

    80 lbs for 10 reps
    85 lbs for 8 reps
    90 lbs for 6 reps
    95 lbs for 4 reps
    100 lbs for 2 reps (slow with spotter)

    then reverse:
    100 lbs for 2 reps (slow with spotter)
    95 lbs for 4 reps
    90 lbs for 6 reps
    85 lbs for 8 reps
    80 lbs for 10 reps

    I have never logged a product before, and have never tried using a testosterone booster before or a "strength augmenter", so i expect to see a difference using this type of product. I'm really excited to try something new and have heard that this product works from my friends and my brother. I know i would do a great job if you give me a shot!

    my goal is to hit 255 for a 1 prm on flat bench and 315 on deadlift i plan on using more power lifting techinques to get there and I WILL get there but i could do it much faster with MASSAULAURIA on my side!
