I originally posted this in the picture section, but i would like to hear a few more opinions, so i'll post this here also..
So i'm 6"1 182 LB's now, i started lifting March 14th at 291 LB's, where do you guys think i should go from here? I feel like the loose skin is making what fat is left look worse than it really is, just wondering if i should keep cutting, slow slow bulk, or maintain for 2-3 months? Last time i got my body fat checked at the gym they told me 14.2% when i was -188LB (it was with a body fat caliper), i just really have no idea what to do now haha
All opinions are welcome!
Edit: And if you don't mind what do YOU think my BF% is?

Awesome progress. Basically you can do whatever you want now. I personally would bulk because you've been cutting for so long it might be easier psychologically. On the other hand you could keep cutting a while longer and really lean out. Totally up to you but my vote is bulk for at least 3 months. Again congrats on a job well done. repped.

If you bulk just remember you will be adding fat back on. It's almost inevitable and can mess with your mind after losing all that weight. And when you bulk up, you'll get fatter but will be more of a swole fat vs couch potato fat. But it's temperary as you'll have to go back and cut the fat again and at the same body weight you're at now, you'll be leaner and look a whole lot better!!!

You're amazing man seriously! In my opinion, I would bulk for 6-8 months (those are my timeframe idea, no other reason). As you've already did a huge fat burn, it'll be nice to bulk and add an amazing frame to your body. You can cut again close to next winter, and REALLY see some gains at that point.
Just dont binge bulk, or super surplus bulk, as there are limits to how much lean mass you can build. You'll get very self conscious as you increase in weight.

a clean bulk would be fine...or cutting 10 more wouldn't be bad either...either one is going to improve your body composition in the long run.
honestly I'd eat loosely around maintenance for a few weeks, which can be a tremendous psychological break as well as making you feel great after a long cut, and then decide from there.Stern Crew
