    Creatine side effects

I've been using creatine for about a year and always cycled it. 1-1.5 month on and 1 month off. Never did loading, always 5grams a day. First creatine I got was 0.5kg Dymatize micronized, later I got 1kg Amix monohydrate and had no problems until the previous cycle.

So when I started the previous cycle after about 2+ weeks I noticed during my workouts that my energy levels and strength dropped, started sweating more than usual. I didn't change my program, intensity or volume and when I would do just a few sets I would sweat like I had been running a few miles. I didn't think creatine had anything to do with it so I continued to use for another 2 weeks and about the same time I stopped using it everything got back to normal.

After a 2+ month break I started supplementing again, yesterday was 16th day using and today felt the same like the previous cycle. Sweating a lot, low energy, etc.

The only other supplements i'm using are Orange Triad and sometimes a gainer shake.

Maybe someone has experienced this also and/or know why this is happening?
Maybe it's just too much creatine in my system?

If you know something relevant post it, if you think its not the creatine or maybe its your diet or maybe some **** then **** off.

    Its most likely something else.

At using creatine for only 1 month you are hitting saturation, when it really starts to work, then going off it. There is no reason to cycle creatine, unless its say, every 6 months to a year.

I would imagine that the issue has nothing to do with the creatine. Why are you cycling it also? As TMac stated, you are pretty much hitting saturation and then stopping.

I'm not here to discuss how to use it, to cycle or not.

My diet hasn't changed and i'm surely not carb depleted.

I highly doubt it's the Creatine. I would look in to other supplements or your diet to see if you have changed anything also be sure to drink a minimum if a gallon of water a day

Practically repeating what everyone else has said, I would look into other factors. You'll never really "notice" creatine.
