dropping calories as much as 1500

    cliffs:

    - started bulking on 2700 cals
    - added roughly +10% cals when i stopped gaining weight over time
    - in about 7 months i got up to 4500 cals a day
    - stopped gaining weight at 4500 cal, but had gained about 30 lbs in total over the past 7 months

    - wanted to start a diet, lowered cals like this:
    4500
    4250
    3750
    3250

    - when i lowered cals to 4250 and 3750 i GAINED weight
    - first week on 3250 i lost bloat on my stomach but only about half a pound

so i dont really have any idea what happened, i track my calories daily on myfitnesspal and my weight slowly rose up with my increases.. so its not like i counted everything wrong or am counting it wrong now?

Was recently eating about 1500 calls a day. Great strength gains. Very minimal mass. Bumping back up to 2900

    *few steps backwards*
Eating more because you weren't gaining the mass?
Did you consider increasing your lifts to see if you would gain more size instead of resorting to food so quickly?
