My family only buys garbage and I have spoken with them several times and they keep buying it. I end up having to eat it because that's all there is after I run out of chicken to cook.
Wat do?

Imagine this mate. I am eating, was eating and will be eating like this. Do not overcomplicate things. This will only make your life/gains difficult to achieve. Look, you only need so much protein.
My staple diet is easy to follow yet effective:
1) White Bread and lots of it
2) Eggs/Dairy/Kefir/Cottage Cheese
3) Buckwheat/Oats/Potatoes
4) Some meat
5) Whey protein helps to save as you can have pure protein for a reasonable price
6) Organ meats (liver,hearts) etc
7) Fastfood like Subway, Burger King, Nandos etc.
I generally eat everything.

Guise, "eating right" means "not eating chit." Just because a food might get you more jacked (ie closer to your goals), doesn't mean you should eat it. Eating healthy might not be necessary for getting huge, but it is necessary for living a healthy life.
Now, of course, everything in moderation. But "eating right" will never mean ten twinkies.Founder and CEO of Quick Cup, LLC.

Come on. Macros actually mean **** to a great extent. And there are not that many "bad foods" around. I agree, there are a lot of artificial, fake foods that are primarily composed by E,colours, additives and other dirty ****. But believe me, one can easily build muscle eating Bread,Eggs,Dairy- simple foods that come from mother nature.
What is wrong are: protein bars, skinny ****ing foods, sugar free artificial foods, 0 calorie **** and your typical Planet Fitness Fitness foods like shakes, bars, meal replacements. They are ****.

No doubt man, it is important to get your vitamins etc. But the fear of sugar, white bread, candies, your Mother's pancakes and your Mom's food is just crazy nowadays. I always ate all kinds of food but i NEVER overate and that is why I continued getting results while not becoming a fatass. I have known so many people who decided to bulk and ate so much of "clean" food, yet got fat and depressed only because they believed that Peanut butter, oats and wholegrain bread/rice won't make them fat etc
