Will got up this morning after my rest day yesterday feeling like I had done a full body workout lol. So I got to thinking this morning leg training was going to be a task to pull off.
But took my pwo and it ended up being a good session. Hit rep PR's on the 320x4 speed was pretty quick also on those...
Squats
Warm Up: 135x5, 225x5, 275x5
Squats - 3 sets 4 reps
320x4, 320x4, 320x4
Band Dead Squats - 3 sets 5 reps
225x5, 225x5, 225x5
front Squats - 3 sets 10 reps
185x10, 185x10, 185x10
Pause Back Squats - 2 sets 4 reps

Paused Leg Press - 3 sets 6 reps

320x4 across 3 sets with good speed is a ton of win big guy!

Thanks Mainer. Lol as I was going down the steps the wife asked was this going to take me all day. It was like the moment I hit the steps the jello leg started lol.. And my wife just likes to rub it in she was saying you squatting all that weight an these little steps are kicking your butt lol yep

lol I have fallen UP the stairs thanks to a solid leg day lol. brb running/stumbling up the stairs at the same time because I feel lighter than air but my legs feel heavy as hell
Wish is a good dude, solid work ethic, and will probably be smashing 405 for a few working sets by the end of the year lolYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Training went pretty good this morning I hit the #s I wanted for OHP, other than the last set I missed the +1 I wanted. My wrist wrap popped lose so my wrist kinda turned as I was going up for the +1 rep so no big deal next time.
I also did but didn't list was Band Pull Aparts.
