    -2 tbsp coconut flour
    -1 scoop c&c phase 8
    -20g oats
    -1/2 tsp powder
    -1/4tsp soda
-1 pot (80 cals worth) plain or vanilla greek yogurt
    -1/3c unsweetened almond milk
    -92g egg beaters
    -1 c&c quest bar

pour the batter into the pan. while it's cooking, warm the bar in the microwave for about 10 seconds, then crumble it on top of the batter while its in the pan before flipping, that war the quest bar chunks cook into the batter.

Oh wow! My gym just started selling Quest bars today and I just picked up a box of chocolate chip cookie. I may have to try this recipe. I always have Phase 8. Would you recommend a vanilla based flavor or chocolate based?

I would recommend almond flour if you can't do coconut, it will give you a similar texture.

vanilla. the c&c phase 8 has little cookie flecks in it, which adds to the "hidden treasure". but if you don't have it, vanilla will give you a similar flavor.

    Almond Joy Overnight Oats:
    -1 cup thick rolled oats
    -1 scoop cookies&cream or chocolate phase 8
    -4oz greek yogurt
    -1 c unsweetened almond milk
    -1/4tsp almond extract
    -15g shredded coconut
    -1oz sliced almonds
-1 coconut cashew quest bar (optional)

mix the oats, protein, yogurt, milk, and almond extract in a bowl or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. store in the fridge overnight. in the morning, toast the almonds and coconut (I use a skillet on the stove), and heat up the quest bar for 15 seconds in the microwave. remove the oatmeal from the fridge and sprinkle in the toppings. enjoy!

didn't look all that pretty once I mixed everything around, but it tasted amazing, and that's what matters

that's great to hear! I can't wait. because of the protein blend, phase 8 is the optimal cooking powder in my opinion. the A+ flavoring helps as well

The new Ben & Jerry's flavors are starting to wear at my self control. So instead of mess up my contest prep, I decided to do my own take.
I present to you, Banana Split Mosh Pit, which is vanilla ice cream with a banana raisin peanut butter swirl, coconut cookie dough crumbles, toasted coconut, grilled bananas, and whipped cream.

    for ice cream:
    -1/3c fat free cottage cheese
-1/3c plain, fat free greek yogurt
-3/4c milk (almond, coconut, or skim)
    -1 scoop Phase 8 (vanilla)
-2tbsp P28 Banana Raisin Peanut Butter
blend until smooth. pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. put in the freezer. pull it out every 30minutes and stir. when you take it out to stir it a 3rd time, drizzle the peanut butter in and fold it in, be careful not to overmix, you want to be able to see the streaks of PB.

    for coconut cookie dough crumbles:
    -2tbsp coconut flour
-1/2 scoop protein (phase 8 or cellucor pb)
    -2tbsp almond milk
combine to a crumbly mixture. freeze for 30 minutes. mix this in when you mix in the peanut butter.

    other toppings:

grilled banana- slice a banana in half length wise and grill in a hot pan on the stove top until it caramelizes (golden brown).
toasted coconut- take 15g of unsweetened, shredded coconut, and toast on the stove top.
add some fat free whipped cream on top.
    enjoy!

    macros:
    821 calories
    31g fat
    75g protein
    63g carbs
    16g fiber
