Do you guys agree? Not even according to the benchmarks of strength but overall descriptions. For me it's pretty accurate, I use strict form but lack a structured routine.

intermediate but it's pretty stupid not to factor in size
obviously a 170'er who benches 275 is much further along then a 220'er benching 275.sickening striations

Was Experienced Intermediate based solely on lifts the article provided. Have had to take focus off of lifting due to circumstances but will be back by summer though. Amazing how fast I can get my body to respond and back in to the shape I was prior. Dat der muscle memory.
