Thoughts on the bulk so far?

Supp , just want some feedback from you guys. Thoughts around the bulk? Feel kind of sloppy , the definition is gone. Keep going at it or slow down?

Looks like the bulk is going well. As far as a critique, hit the chest more. Everything else looks proportional.

Around 700 , but it feels like its a bit too much might be because i eat too much chit food.

Thanks man, i hit chest twice a week. Been annoyed for a while that it wont catch up, no idea what to do. Upper pecs are just not responding.

I have the same problem, bro. My upper chest doesn't respond that well. Looks like you hit the delts/traps hard (strong point).

Then you must know how annoying this is. Delts always been growing, love shoulder day for that matter. I really want bigger upper pecs tho, have you found something magical for this?

It's not really the names of the foods that determine your weight gain in a bulk, it's how much of a surplus you are consuming over your tdee (maintenance) with whole minimally processed foods meeting your macro/micro sufficiency.

Most likely frowned upon, but you could try a variation: Guillotine press/Neck Press (Vince Gironda). It really hits the chest hard. However, use lighter weights, and always use extreme caution, lol.

Yea wide frame is nice, like it aswell.

They have developed, been doing them twice a week for a while that really helps. Try it out if delts are something you are into .
