Down 12lbs since start of proper cut. Very flat currently but will be filling out soon hopefully

Last time I deadlifted was 3 months ago and I did 505. Think I could get 550 now if I could actually DL in this gym
Squatted 450 before quad tear. Now I'm repping 405 but don't want to progress too aggressively till my quad is ready
Benched 315 for 6. Will hopefully get 405 in january
Hopefully in january I get:
550-600 Dead
405 Bench
