Been really pushing hard lately in the gym and it is really starting to pay off. I posted Tri photos last week and got some great feedback so thought I would share my chest update as of tonight. I have been pushing abs hard too so those are starting to come in (on a pretty clean diet as well). I just like to have mass, lower body fat, and Balance over my whole body.
Below is my Chest, Tri, Bi, and Legs to show balance. And, not getting any younger, so need to push it harder every day. I am back at 150lbs from a small cutting phase.

Well im much younger but your mass especially on legs is quite impressive! Your tris look thick and meaty. Your bis seem a lil under proportion wise or i could just have good genetics on bis but it seems like they should pop more. But you got great balance with your lower body. I would probably just slowly define it up and make everything pop and your golden pony boy lol jk but thats my input man cheers.

Chest is a strong point. The only improvement I see is the delts. Mirin', especially for the age (I'm only five years younger). It's great to see someone that has a nice physique, and they haven't done a natural cycle (e.g., puberty to their advantage). That doesn't really impress me.
